Methods of Payment.

We accept two methods of payment.
1, Paypal, if you have a paypal account you can pay us securely and safely using paypal.
2, Cheque or money order.

Our online e-catalogue, will automatically take you through the checkout procedure and allow you to pay via either of the two methods above. If paying by cheque, details will be provided via email and in the checkout automatically as to where to send the payment.

Goods will not be sent untill payment is received in full and has cleared.

Postage and Delivery

Your order will be posted as soon as I have received payment. Please allow 28 days for delivery, although we aim to despatch and have deliverd most goods within a few days.

Delivery will be via royal mail and we provide two levels of postage

If you are not satisfied with your order please return as soon as possible within 28 days for refund or replacement.

The cost of postage and packaging is calculated seperately for each product and our "postage estimator" will give you an idea of the postage, on the checkout page before you sign up or check out.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for two reasons: To process your order and to provide you with the best possible service.

We will only e-mail you in the future if you have given us your consent or you have signed up for our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

We will not sell, lend or give your e-mail address to any third party.

The information we will collect during the order process will include:
Your name
Address
Telephone/Fax number
e-mail address

You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

WARRANTIES/RETURNS

We believe all products sent out by us are true to name and every effort is made to ensure they are of the best quality. We offer no warranty as to description, quality or any other matter. We will only consider complaints made within seven days of receiving the products. On receipt products should be unpacked and inspected. If the products are damaged or are unacceptable to you please contact us. We will always endeavour to resolve any complaint quickly and to your satisfaction, by replacing them or offering a refund. We make ask for the products to be returned, in which case you will have to cover the postage cost. Nothing in this statement should be construed as a change to your statutory rights as a consumer.

SUBSTITUTES

No substitutes are offered if we do not have a particular product.

We accept no responsibility for links coming into or leaving this site, nor for any couriers or any problems which may arise from our products. This does not affect your statutory Rights.
